Flecktarn was adopted by the Bundeswehr in 1990. These parkas were manufactured in Germany in the mid 1990s. In storage since production in 1997-98, these came to us in the original Bundeswehr storage depot packaging.

- Two chest pockets with snap fasteners
- Upper arm pocket with snap fasteners
- Cuffs with adjustable hook and loop closure
- Epaulets
- Hook and loop closure for a name patch
