Americana Pipedream Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within five business days and shipped via USPS, DHL eCommerce, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, sales, or high order volume.
  • International shipping is available, but costs vary based on carrier rates.
  • Some products may be shipped via partnership companies such as Covey Surplus and other brands. These products should list shipped by: such company at the bottom of the product listing. Shipping times and cost may vary for partnered companies.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged, we will replace it after a claim is approved by the carrier.
  • To file a claim, contact help@americanapipedream.com.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
  • Orders shipping via USPS may be sent through DHL eCommerce.
  • Mexico: We cannot ship used or issued goods. If rejected by customs, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Make sure to check your countries, customs rules regarding restricted products including food, used goods, knives and more.

Shipping Adjustments

  • If the selected service is unavailable or costs 25% more than paid, we may switch to a comparable service at no extra charge.
  • If no alternative exists, we will contact you via help@americanapipedream.com.

APO & PO Box Addresses

  • APO addresses: Must use USPS.
  • PO Box addresses: Must use USPS, UPS SurePost, or DHL eCommerce.

Order Issues & Cancellations

  • If an item is out of stock, we may cancel, refund, or hold the order and notify you via email.
  • Bikes & Night Vision Devices (NODs) cannot be canceled or returned unless defective or in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies unless defective.

Bike Parts & Accessories

  • Bike parts ship in partnership with GritShift OR RIPPIN MOTO within 5 business days. Returns are handled by Americana Pipedream.

Bike Shipping (Freight Only)

  • All bikes ship via freight.
  • We will call or email within 2 business days to confirm delivery details.
  • You must be present at the delivery location to accept the shipment.
  • If freight is returned due to address issues, access restrictions, or no one available to receive it, we will deduct freight costs from your refund.
  • Freight delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, but transit times are not guaranteed.
  • If shipment is damaged customer needs to refused delivery of freight (reject shipment) to avoid further disputes with freight company over damaged package/freight.

Pre-Order Bikes (Items Labeled “Pre-Order”)

Certain bikes are offered on a pre-order basis and are not in stock at the time of purchase. These orders are fulfilled in recurring bi-weekly inventory batches.

Fulfillment Timeline

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • Inventory is restocked approximately every 2 weeks.
  • There is no guaranteed ship-out date at the time of purchase.
  • Delays may occur due to production, transit, or supplier timelines.

Transition to Standard Shipping

  • Once your bike arrives at our warehouse and is ready for shipment, you will be contacted to schedule delivery.
  • At that point, all standard freight shipping terms outlined in our Bike Shipping Policy apply, including scheduling, transit times, delivery requirements, and return conditions.

Customer Acknowledgment
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Variable fulfillment timing with no guaranteed delivery date prior to warehouse arrival
  • Shipment being scheduled only after inventory is received
  • All standard freight policies applying once the order is ready to ship

Purpose of Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are used to gauge demand before committing to large inventory purchases and to continue offering access to this product while managing inventory responsibly.

Some items may not be eligible for our free shipping program to select states for domestic orders, these items are any freight item, and or any “ specialty item”, and or any item shipped by a third party business like Covey Surplus, RUGID, WRMFZY and others. We are working on ways to continue to lower shipping cost, and hope to bring our partners on board!
