  1. No Government or Military Affiliation

Americana Pipedream is an independent private retailer and dealer of military surplus, outdoor goods, and original apparel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the United States government, the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. or foreign armed forces, or any government agency or military organization. Any military insignia, patches, unit markings, brand names, or camouflage patterns are offered as collectible, surplus, or commemorative items and do not imply any official status, endorsement, or authorization.

  1. Military Surplus — Condition and "As-Is" Sale

Genuine military surplus and pre-owned items are, by their nature, used goods. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, surplus items are sold as-is and may show signs of prior issue, age, wear, repair, markings, or storage. Where grading is provided, it reflects our good-faith assessment and is not a guarantee of a specific condition. Sizing on foreign and surplus garments may differ from U.S. commercial sizing; please consult our Sizing & Condition Guide before ordering. Any deactivated, demilitarized, inert, or replica items are sold strictly as collectibles and are non-functional.

  1. Customer Compliance — It Is Your Responsibility Before You Order

It is the customer's sole responsibility to confirm that any item is legal for them to buy, own, possess, carry, import, and use before placing an order. You must check and comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws before ordering, and you must ensure that any item you order abides by the laws of your city, state, and country. Placing an order is your certification that the purchase is lawful in your location.

Americana Pipedream conducts its business in compliance with applicable U.S. law, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and applicable state laws. We do not, however, assume responsibility for determining the legality of a purchase in your individual jurisdiction — that responsibility rests with you.

Certain products we sell are regulated and/or age-restricted, including but not limited to:

  • Knives, axes, and bladed tools. Sold for lawful use only and intended for adult purchasers (18 years of age or older, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Blade-length limits, carry rules, and ownership restrictions vary by state and municipality. By ordering, you certify that you meet the minimum legal age and that the item is legal where you live.

  • Night vision and optical devices. These items may be subject to U.S. export-control laws under ITAR and EAR. They are offered for sale to U.S. persons for lawful domestic use only and may not be exported, re-exported, taken outside the United States, or transferred to any foreign national or restricted party without prior U.S. government authorization. You are responsible for full compliance with all export-control requirements and your state and local laws.

  • E-bikes, electric dirt bikes, and powered vehicles. These products may not be street-legal and may be restricted to private property or designated off-road use. Registration, licensing, helmet, insurance, and road-use requirements vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming and complying with applicable laws before operating any vehicle purchased from us.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and to request age or eligibility verification, where we believe a sale may not comply with applicable law.

  1. International Orders, Import Duties, and Compliance

Customers ordering from outside the United States are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with the import and product-legality laws of the destination country. You must verify that any item you order is legal to import and possess in your country before ordering. We do not accept responsibility for items seized, delayed, or refused entry by customs authorities, and such items may not be eligible for refund.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, the "Americana Pipedream" name and marks, original apparel designs, photographs, graphics, and layout — is the property of Americana Pipedream Apparel, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Third-party brand names, trademarks, and product names (including those of manufacturers and partner brands we carry) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

  1. Product Descriptions, Pricing, and Errors

We work to describe and price our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. In the event of a typographical, pricing, or descriptive error, we reserve the right to correct the error and to refuse, cancel, or refund any affected order — including orders already placed — without further liability. Colors and details may vary due to photography, screen settings, and the variable nature of surplus goods.

  1. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in a written product warranty offered by us, all products are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
