These Romanian coats are worn by cadets at the Academia Forțelor Terestre Nicolae Bălcescu, a Romanian military academy responsible for higher-level training of the Romanian officer corps. The academy was established in 1920, being named after a Romanian hero of the 1848 Wallachian Revolution, and has trained Romanian officers ever since.
These coats may or may not come with patches from the Academia Forțelor Terestre.
