Pretty simple. It's Tigerstripe, but in jacket form. Lots of pockets and very drippy.
Tigerstripe was inspired by French Lizard camouflage patterns of WWII vintage. The first Tigerstripe uniforms were created for use by Vietnamese troops in the 1950s, after the French withdrawal. Tigerstripe was extremely effective at breaking up soldiers' shapes in dense jungle terrain.
