Developed for UN deployment in Ethiopia\/Eritrea, this pattern suited Danish desert desire for only a decade.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA recoloration of M\/84 \u003ci lang=\"da\"\u003ePletsløring \u003c\/i\u003e(\"Spots\"), the green-dominant version was the first standard issue camouflage pattern of the Danish Armed Forces. Trials were held in the late 1970s, ultimately resulting in M\/84's adoption. M\/84 was developed using drawings of Flecktarn B (Gro\u003cspan\u003eβ\u003c\/span\u003e) produced for German camouflage trials during the 1970s.
